All fishes are well conditioned/quarantined in our tanks, and if there
are any D.O.A. It has to be informed to us within 24 hours from the date
and time of receipt of the shipment.
As per the usual practice the first 10% will normally be absorbed
by the Importer and the balance will be compensated by the shipper after
ascertaining the clear reasons for the D.O.A. The D.O.A. reimbursement
will be at our discretion.
If the delay is due to airline and airline related problems,
the claims should be made on the airlines only.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICE : FOB, Madras in US currency
VALIDITY : 30 days from the above date
MINIMUM ORDER : US$ 500.00 per shipment of
fish value without air freight
and packing.
PAYMENT : Full payment in advance,
(as per the Indian Government
Foreign Regulations) by International
Bank draft or Telegraphic Transfer.
T.T. is always better directly to our
bankers.
PACKING : Double lined polythene bag kept in
10/15 Kgs. Styrofoam box lined up with
a carton and the packing cost will be
US$ 7.00 per box.
The number of fishes packed in a box will be depending
upon the transit time ie., time from the port of shipment
and the destination point.
If the transit time is more than 24 hours the number of fishes
packed per box will be less than the quantity mentioned
in our price-list.
DELIVERY : 7/10 days from the date of receipt
of your firm order with full payment
with advance T.T. subject to availability
of space in the aircraft.
Every effort will be made to get
the first available flight.
